Mr. Rodgers has over seventeen years experience encompassing all facets of the construction industry including construction management, claims analysis, estimating, material and equipment sales and mechanical contracting. He has been a Professional Cost Analyst since 1981 working in the construction management division of a large international architectural and engineering firm and for a professional estimating firm.Some of Mr. Rodgers' representative experience includes: •He has responsibility for management, marketing and services provided. Projects have included hospitals, multi-use complexes, prisons, schools, military facilities, airports and office buildings. Also has had complete responsibility for the preparation of over five hundred construction cost estimates ranging in size from $500,000 to $50,000,000 since 1985.•Responsible for management and coordination of the Mechanical Department's costing and construction claim work for a professional estimating firm. Prepared estimating standards used in the firm's Mechanical Data Base. Negotiated the mechanical construction contracts for six large hospital projects on owner's behalf.•While employed by the construction management division of a large international architectural and engineering firm, responsibilities included mechanical cost estimates, life cycle analysis, value engineering and cost monitoring.
