Mr. Rice has over thirty years of progressive experience in the field of Accounting and Finance.  His qualifications include manufacturing cost accounting and control with particular emphasis on Systems Design and Implementation; Budget Preparation and Variance Analysis; Development of Inventory and Reconciliation Procedures; Cost Accounting and Applications; Accounting Management including General Ledger, Financials, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management. Mr. Rice’s experience includes preparation of financial pro-formas including cost and income analysis for the development of Waste to Energy Facilities.  EDUCATION:            B.S.B.A. in Accounting, Auburn University Additional Credits in Computer Sciences and Programming
