Mr. Scates has over thirty-two years of progressive experience in the management and construction of Health Care, Big Box Distribution, Mid Rise Office, Governmental Facilities, Education Facilities, and Design/Build projects.  His varied experience includes assignments in estimating, cost engineering, field construction, and construction management for several "Top Twenty" large Design Build Corporations. He has held prime responsible positions on City, State and Federal government projects to include City of Atlanta, State of Georgia, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Command, and U.S. Postal Service.  He has had primary responsibility for total project execution from conceptual development to project completion on many mid-rise office buildings, and warehouse distribution facilities for developers and Retail Clients.
