Mr. Sams has over twenty-five years experience in the engineering and construction industry.  This experience ranges from hands-on construction supervision and engineering to project management.  Mr. Sams has assisted owners, engineers, contractors and vendors in the coordination of complex systems including project management services, detailed scheduling and cost control. Some of Mr. Sams' representative experience includes: Provided extensive Project Management / Cost / Schedule expertise on Statewide Electrical Transmission Capital Program (Design & Build) with yearly budget over $150 Million. Developed and taught project management training workshops for several clients.  Extensive experience in providing process mapping / process improvement services.   On-site schedule engineer on a $50M wastewater treatment facility in Atlanta, Georgia.  Developed and maintained construction schedules for the $900M Toyota Automotive Plant in Georgetown, Kentucky.   Provided project management and project controls support for a wide range of projects.  Project experience includes office buildings, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, housing projects, manufacturing and distribution facilities, correction facilities, mass transit systems, power plants, dams, and water / wastewater facilities.  Performed detailed schedule delay analysis and calculated time sensitive costs.
