Project Scheduling services are provided to our clients for all stages of the project development process using Primavera Project Planner software.  Our clients utilize scheduling services as a management tool in establishing the project requirements, tracking the project progress, analyzing and projecting the effects of delays and/or major decisions that may affect the project progress, and in evaluation of performance in pursuing the goals of the project.  CPM schedules are an effective tool in the evaluation of delay claims.  Management at all levels of the project can utilize the schedule to plan, organize, evaluate, and enhance the performance of their jobs.   The Project CPM Schedule can be budget loaded to reflect earned credit to validate contractor billings, and activities can be coded to provide either summary level or detail level status reporting.  Periodic update and revision is required to assure that the schedule reflects the true position of the project.  Revisions are required as a result of executive decision, or to incorporate additional detail as the project progresses. Through the use of integrated design--procurement--construction CPM scheduling, management can monitor and evaluate the entire project development effort.  With this information, management can identify problems before they arise and take fast, decisive action to avoid project impacts.
