A schedule analysis will be prepared that identifies the planned schedule, the impacts and effects on the planned schedule, the as-built schedule, and the resulting entitlement of time for delay and/or acceleration. This information will then be assessed from a cost standpoint and damages are calculated.  Damages may take the form of increased cost due to increased duration, loss of productivity, cost of acceleration, and lost profits.   R. C. Mayfield & Associates, Inc.  will offer expert witness testimony in support of your position in arbitration and/or litigation proceedings, if necessary.
