Project Monitoring Services are provided to clients who wish to assess their
project status on a periodic basis by an independent and objective third party.
The information contained in a project monitoring report allows the client to
verify the overall health of the project and provide a sound basis to justify
billings and/or impacts of change order items. The level of monitoring is
determined by our client but would typically include:
•
A site tour to determine the level of progress and overall site conditions. This tour
will include interviews with key project management to identify problems and
response status.
•
Job photographs to document the level of progress and to serve as a basis to
visually verify to level of project development for each reporting period.
•
A schedule update which will identify the project critical path and projected
completion date; and a narrative report that will discuss any impacts to the
schedule, and possible alternatives to minimize delay.
•
An assessment of financial position relative to the progress of the project to assure
that billed progress does not exceed the physical progress of the project.
•
An assessment of the overall condition of the project that will address project
team effectiveness including site conditions, design status, procurement
status, contractor/subcontractor performance, and quality of work.
