Project Monitoring Services are provided to clients who wish to assess their project status on a periodic basis by an independent and objective third party.  The information contained in a project monitoring report allows the client to verify the overall health of the project and provide a sound basis to justify billings and/or impacts of change order items.  The level of monitoring is determined by our client but would typically include: A site tour to determine the level of progress and overall site conditions.  This tour will include interviews with key project management to identify problems and response status. Job photographs to document the level of progress and to serve as a basis to visually verify to level of project development for each reporting period. A schedule update which will identify the project critical path and projected completion date; and a narrative report that will discuss any impacts to the schedule, and possible  alternatives to minimize delay. An assessment of financial position relative to the progress of the project to assure that billed progress does not exceed the physical progress of the project. An assessment of the overall condition of the project that will address project  team effectiveness including site conditions, design status, procurement status, contractor/subcontractor performance, and quality of work.
