Mayfield & Associates, Inc.  offers extensive and flexible training courses/seminars for: • Project CPM Scheduling • Construction Claims and Claims Avoidance    The training programs consist of  a series of instructional and interactive presentations that will address the various skill levels of the participants.  The training sessions would generally begin with basic skills and proceed to increase in complexity to the level that the attendees could gain a working knowledge and familiarity with the course content. The training programs are also flexible enough that we can customize the program  according to our client's specific needs and requirements. In order to gain the full benefit of the program, it is recommended that the class sizes be limited to at least 6 but no more than 12 participants. The training sessions are structured to be interactive, and the participants are encouraged to ask questions during the presentation.  A comfortable, relaxed, and informal environment is conducive to learning.
